BEFORE & AFTER-SCHOOL CARE

• Before-school care is available to all children from 7:00 A.M. to 8:30 A.M.
• After-school care is available from 3:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. for the lower school and 3:30P.M. to 6:00 P.M. for middle school students. Half-day preschool children are not eligible for after-school care.
• Children may attend either before and/or after-school care daily or on a drop-in basis.
• Classes consist of an average of 20 children, ages 4-14
• Two smaller environments within the main classroom are available for quieter activities
• Outdoor environment is available for supervised play throughout the afternoon
• Two teachers direct the class. One supervises indoors and one outdoors at all times
• Healthy snack available and self-served as desired
• Home-like games, activities, cooking, crafts
• Computers
• Attention given to social/emotional development
